Who we are

instagrambid.lol is an independent website that runs a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for creator profiles. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the operators of instagrambid.lol.

We are not Instagram, Meta, or any Meta company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram® is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. We only use public profile information that you choose to list on our leaderboard.

What this service is (and is not)

• ·We list public Instagram usernames (@handles) and related public profile details you provide or that we fetch from publicly available profile pages, so visitors can see rankings on our site.
• ·We do not ask for your Instagram password, Meta password, or Instagram login credentials.
• ·We do not offer Instagram account recovery, official Instagram support, or access to Instagram’s private systems.
• ·Payments buy a ranking position on instagrambid.lol only. They do not change your Instagram algorithm reach, follower count, or Meta account status.

Information we collect

• ·Instagram username (@handle) you submit for listing.
• ·Display name, bio/tagline, category, and profile picture URL associated with that listing (from you or from publicly available profile data).
• ·Optional email address, if you provide one (for payment receipts or outrank alerts).
• ·Payment-related records needed to confirm a bid (amount, payment status, provider payment id). Card and UPI details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
• ·Basic technical data such as approximate IP (for rate limiting / abuse prevention), browser type, and pages visited.
• ·Optional click counts when someone opens a listed profile’s Instagram link from our site.

How we use information

• ·To create and display public leaderboard listings and ranks.
• ·To process payments and confirm successful bids.
• ·To send optional emails you requested (for example, payment confirmation or outrank notices).
• ·To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and to keep the service secure.
• ·To operate, improve, and troubleshoot the website.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (or another payment provider we configure). Their privacy practices apply to data they process to complete checkout. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount charged so we can update your listing rank.

Public information

Leaderboard listings are public. Your @handle, display name, category, rank, amount spent on our site, and profile image may be visible to anyone who visits instagrambid.lol.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, email, payments, image hosting) only as needed to provide the service, or if required by law.

Data retention

We keep listing and payment records for as long as needed to operate the leaderboard, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting needs. You may contact us to request removal of a listing; removals are subject to our Rules and are generally non-refundable if a payment was completed.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the site if you are under that age.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
